2 tbsps chili garlic paste
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste

1/4 cup honey

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
COOKING DIRECTIONS-MEATBALLS
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef, grated onion, 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste, 1/4 cup of diced parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and season the mixture with all-purpose (AP) seasoning, HOT AP seasoning, red pepper flakes, and chili powder to taste. Mix well to combine.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce to the mixture for added flavor. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in 1/2 pack of Boursin shallot and chive cheese, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and 2 beaten eggs. Ensure that all the ingredients are well incorporated.
COOKING DIRECTIONS-MEATBALL FORMATION
Shape the meat mixture into meatballs of your desired size. Rolling them into 1 to 2-inch meatballs works well.
COOKING DIRECTIONS-BAKING
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven at 375°F for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice browned exterior.
SERVING
