2 lbs salmon
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 diced shallot
3-4 tbsps butter
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup diced parsley
AP, Lemon Bae, Hot AP (use whatever seasoning you enjoy on salmon)
Optional - 1 Lemon
Season both sides of the salmon
Heat the pan over medium heat, and add salmon to the pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to pan-baste salmon with butter.
Finish in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes or desired doneness
Use leftover butter to cook shallot and garlic add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a quarter cup of cappers and red pepper flakes (optional) to season the sauce.
Add parsley then deglaze the pan with a half cup of white wine.
Reduce your sauce down, kill the heat add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Pour sauce over cooked salmon serve and enjoy!
