Bring water to a boil in a pot with a healthy pinch of salt
Add 1lb of Bowtie Noodles (or your choice) and cook to your desired texture
Drain when finished
In a pot on medium-high heat, add 1-2 tbsp of butter and add your red and yellow bell peppers, 1/2 chopped red onions, and 1 cup of diced mushrooms and mix.

Deglaze your skillet and scrape the sides of your pot to mix all seasonings
Increase your heat and bring to a boil
Once you see your sauce has thickened, add 2 cups of heavy cream
Lower to medium heat and allow it to simmer
Once it's a nice consistency, lower the heat again, add in 2 cups of grated parmesan, and mix. TASTE AS YOU GO!
Pour your drained pasta noodles into your sauce and allow them to finish cooking in the sauce
