Shipping Process Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days or 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping option that you chose. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and varying weather conditions.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact method you entered when purchasing.
*Overnight orders are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and by carrier availability.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Pre-Order Shipping:
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages:

Mr. Make It Happen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods BEFORE filing a claim. (TAKE PICTURES! USPS will ask for these for proof of damage)

International Shipping Policy:

We currently ship in the United States & Canada.
